🎬 De teatro en Piccadilly a la gran pantalla
Después de la gira con la compañía teatral, Connery ingresó a una agencia de teatro en Piccadilly y comenzó a participar en varias películas.
🍸 El concurso que lo convirtió en James Bond
El gran salto llegó gracias a una idea de un reportero del London Express: organizar un concurso para que las lectoras eligieran al actor que interpretaría a James Bond.
Sean envió su foto y recibió tantos votos que, incluso una semana antes de terminar el concurso, las computadoras ya sabían que él sería el ganador.
🎥 Un debut de película
Su primera cinta como 007 fue El satánico Dr. No (1962) y causó tal furor que las entradas se agotaron. Hubo incluso protestas de quienes no pudieron conseguir boletos 🎟️.
