For #stouturday dessert I finally tried #invictusBrewing Pearson’s Nut Goodie Milk Stout. It’s been on the list for years.
Creamy sweet chocolate, the maple is subtle and the peanut flavor is just a bit to the burnt side, leaving a lasting caramel burnt bitter flavor. Serve it warmer than you’d think to get the flavors.
1/2 a can is plenty.

We have Arbor's tangfastic passion fruit sour "Prioritise Pleasure" 6.2%
And Somer Valley Brewing's bold, resinous, and hop-forward West Coast Pale "Southward Bound" 6.2%, an international collab with Shackleton Brewing in South Africa.

The amazing Winkle Picker is taking over our kitchen at the Brewpub this Friday and Saturday for a special weekend of delicious and sustainable seafood (and a couple of dishes for non-fish folk). With a large selection of small plates too there'll be plenty to choose from including Popcorn Cockles, Pan Fried Hake and an Oyster Happy Hour between 6 & 7pm both nights!

Spice Bag Co are dropping by on Friday at 5pm, with their loaded spice bags that’ll leave you screaming ‘More!’
Then on Saturday Windmill Hill Market will be in full autumnal swing with plenty of stalls and street food to keep you warm while you wait for the bar to open at 12pm.

At Bruhaha this week, we're gearing up for a big Hallowe’en weekend! At the Brewpub in Totterdown, enjoy Dalia Cocina's Mexican street food on Friday and Saturday, with DJ Lennox's spooky tunes on Friday. We'll also unveil our dark Hallowe’en beer.
On Friday at The Farm Tap, we'll have SpiceBag Co, and a spooky event at Willsbridge Mill featuring our beer and street food.
If you haven’t sampled it yet, it’ll be on this weekend. It's a maltier, stronger counterpart of our regular best bitter, Totterdowner.

The #WindmillHillMarket was back with a bang today in glorious sunshine at #WindmillHillCityFarm, and we've been pretty busy at The Farm Tap. Still a good while to go yet though as we're open til 8pm tonight so if you fancy popping down to BS3, grab a slice from Bristol Loaf or CanCan Pizza and soak up the last rays with a pint of our Windmiller Weiss Lemon Verbena Sour or some other great local beers.
I drove out to Salisbury, MD to buy shoes, and of course, the store I was going to is closed. But I found Evolution Craft Brewing Co. out here by accident, so at least it's not a complete waste of time.
I'm usually an IPA person, but their Hive blonde and Exile red are both so refreshing! And much deserved because I walked 20 minutes from the parking garage to get here.
Have you tried our collaboration brew with #TheCraftyCow yet? It's called Graham's Punch and is an Orange & Peach infused lager available at both our Wells Road brewpub and The Craty Cow on Gloucester Road. Stocks are limited though so you'll need to get in quick if you want some.
