Tests, hoops, and months of procedure for job applicants are deliberately screening out abstract thinkers, dyslexia, and people raised in disparaged environments IMHO. In my experience, Indeed is one of the top offenders. I’ve done fairly well on the tests, but each time I can’t help but witness how non-inclusive they are in terms of #EEO laws and #accessibility. #employment #jobs
