Currently we are sponsored by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). #ESDC represents close to 10% of the federal public service. Almost 20% of all interdepartmental transfers go through ESDC each year.
Hey #GCverse. From Dec 5 to 15 the #GCmobility initiative at #ESDC will be opening up it's process and methods for a full 2 week iteration. We want you and other #GCleaders to join us virtually.
Our overall goal is to decrease crossboarding between federal departments from over 2 years to less than 2 weeks. Sound interesting?
While we are far from achieving this goal, in our next iteration we want to build a modern #GcDigitalService in a single 2 week iteration.

@gord an you confirm if the #GC department is blocking while ON vpn or OFF? Blocking while ON VPN I think is fair game. However, some depts force you on VPN all the time, which I think is limiting.
For example #ESDC does not seem to be blocking ON or OFF vpn. But try Youtube, and no go while ON VPN. For the sanity of #GCnet I think this is a good balance.
