Get a new mask? Aerosolize some bitterant around the edges to test if it seals -- gaps that are best measured in Ξm may be hard to feel.

@james @hannu_ikonen @Brad I switched to elastomeric reusable respirators with P100 filters a while back; first the GVS Elipse SPR644 half face, then a 3M 6900 full face. I've had the luxury of not being forced to work in an office nor spend significant time in public shared air, so that may change the calculus. I'm only comfortable using FFRs (disposable N95s) outside; the seal an elasto achieves is far better and the P100 standard can ensure up 160x fewer particles get through (99.97% vs 95%, though many N95s filter higher than the standard).
If I'd not seen the example set by proponents on :deadbirb: I would not have known that people actually wore elastomeric respirators in public to ward off SARS-CoV-2, nor had the courage to use them myself.
