The surface is pocked with many small damp depressions. The curve of the top of the dome is clearly visible running across the frame, with a few figures at the top, appearing small along a horizon of large puffy clouds covering most of the pale blue sky.

From near the top of the pink granite dome, the surface has many shallow pools of water. The view is to the side, with the dome curving gently down from left to right, revealing a hazy flat green landscape with a line of ridges in the distance.

One of my favorite old photos. Took it with an old Zenit and a Super Takumar lens. Even as a scan it looks pretty decent. That's the top of Enchanted Rock (Texas' baby version of Uluru) if you're interested.
