It’s a rare thing to have my coach by my side these days, ever since I stepped away from elite sport. While performance is no longer the top priority and my health comes first, I’ve realized that over the past eleven months I’ve been missing structure and with it, the drive to step outside my comfort zone.
That’s why I’m receiving training programs again and relearning how to be honest with myself: in my particular situation, pushing limits is only possible if it doesn’t harm my body. It’s a careful balance I have to maintain. By now, I trust my body and its signals so deeply that I feel confident following a structured training program again. 2026, I'm coming for ya! 😈
