You don’t need to tear yourself apart to be honest with yourself.

That’s not really honesty. That’s punishment dressed as perceived and conditioned "brutal honesty".

Radical self honesty - the kind we practise inside Feel Good Rebel Academy - is waaaay softer.

But also deeper.

It doesn’t shout - it listens.

And when it speaks, it sounds more like:

“Love… I think you’ve been pretending. And you don’t have to anymore.”

The work is about being willing to see yourself, without performance and without bypassing.

To name what you actually want.

To admit what’s not working.

To stop holding your breath in a life that doesn’t fit anymore.

And here’s the sacred part:

We don’t stop at the discomfort.

We go with it.

We explore what becomes possible when you stop lying to yourself (even in small, polite ways)… and start listening for what’s been true all along.

I used to think I had to be ready before I could move.

That I needed to be confident, clear, consistent, certain.

But none of that ever came.

Not in the way I thought it would.

What came instead, were tiny moments of resonance.

A gut pull. A soul whisper..

Even when my brain said, “But… we don’t know what we’re doing yet.”

I moved anyway.

And I didn’t do it perfectly.

But I did it honestly... again and again

And now, looking back, my whole nervous system just sighed.

Because DUUUUDE - I’ve come a long way.

I stopped trying to force myself into alignment, and started choosing spaces, people, and practices that felt like me.

These are the shifts I teach.

The kind you live into, not tick off a list.

And trust yourself when the answer is yes.
