nahaufnahme, quadratischer ausschnitt. ein recht großer käfer hakt sich mit seinem rechten hinterbein und linken mittelbein an einem stängel fest und mit den vorderbeinen am bereits vollständig abgepusteten fruchtstand einer pusteblume, er knabbert wohl daran. er ist kantig oval mit eher kastenartigen flügeldecken, rundlichem halsschid und ziemlich kleinem, angesetztem kopf. an allen teilen zeigt der käfer einen metallischen glanz, der blickwinkelabhängig von grün über golden bis kupferrot changiert, grün hier hauptsächlich an den rändern, golden mittig auf dem halsschild und kupferrot in der fläche der flügeldecken. auf den flügeldecken sind auch ein paar kurze, unregelmäßige und unterbrochene weiße querlinien.

🐢Punaise tortue 🐢

Espèces de punaises des céréales du genre Eurygaster, appelées punaises tortues du fait de leur allure testacée. Ici, je penche pour Eurygaster maura sans certitudes..🤔

Elles consomment les graminées et peuvent être "ravageuses" de cultures dans certaines zones.

Punaise à l'allure de tortue qui lui donne son nom. De couleur beige marron, elle est posée sur un épi de graminée dont elle ponctionne les grains.

Après la larve 🍼 , l'adulte 🪳 ...

Je vous ai présenté Staria lunata au stade larvaire, avec son corps bien velu, maintenant voici l'adulte.
Egalement velue, mais de manière moins importante, elle fréquente les milieux herbacés secs où pousse notamment les globulaires (Globularia sp).

Punaise velue aux teintes jaune cuivré, posée sur une inflorescence de globulaire. On l'observe en vue verticale sur un fond vert dû aux tiges d'herbe.

auf der goldgelbbraunen und von jahresringen gezeichneten bruchfläche eines umgeworfenen baums krabbelt ein großer länglicher käfer mit dem rücken zu uns, wir blicken von schräg hinten auf ihn. er hat kupferrote bis orange flügeldecken und halsschild, schwarze beine und sehr lange in gebogenem schwung zur seite abstehende schwarze fühler, wie hörner, daher der name 'bock'

The fourth frame includes (as well as the wing of an Amata tiger-moth overlapping the camera) a male whistling-moth (Hecatesia fenestrata). It's a little under half-way across the frame and about a fifth of the way from the bottom (close to the #cicada)

These moths have an unscaled area of the wing that is ribbed and allows them to make a buzzing (not really whistling) noise as they fly. The ribbed areas apparently strike each other like castanets on the upbeat.

🪳 Graphosome italien 🇮🇹

Punaise arlequin (Graphosoma italicum), aux couleurs et motifs inconfondables. Plutôt sudiste, elle remonte vers le nord et est présente partout en France. Grande fan des Ombellifères 🥕 , on la voit abondamment en fin d'été, début d'automne. Surtout dans les milieux chauds et secs.

Punaise arlequin, rayée noir et rouge. Deux couleurs renvoyant à la toxicité pour ses éventuels prédateurs. Elle est posée à l'extrémité d'une branchette, le fond de l'image est un flou de couleurs diverses (marron, vert, rouge...).

ein eher kleiner schmetterling sitzt mit hochgeklappten flügeln zwischen grünen blättern und gräsern auf einer rosa blüte. die flügelunterseiten sind braun meliert, sehen aus wie aus sandstein und zeigen sieben kleine creme-weiße kreise mit jeweils einem schwarzen ring darin, in zweier- und dreiergruppen.

This Platunurida sp. is a cousin of the famous 'giant' springtails in New Zealand. Instead of colourful spines, it has a flattened body, so it can squeeze into cracks in decaying logs, where it lives. They're surprisingly fast at escaping into the cracks, so it's difficult to get a good photo of them!
