Five 10mm lizardfolk warriors from Forest Dragon, and a 6mm Kroot Warrior proxy.

All printed in matte blue PLA, with a Primaris Intercessor and Magic Keyboard for scale.

This project came together nicely. My first 1k Legion Imperialis army is painted. Now I need to paint up my opposing 1k of Solar Auxilia and I can use them to teach my friends how to play.

I’ve been collecting Legion Imperialis slowly since it came out. I have plenty of Imperial Guard, but I’ve also been slowly making a space marine force so I can have enough to teach friends how to play.

Every time I look to see how big my marine army as gotten it’s not very big. 🤣

My last purchase was the speeder box, which only added 256 points to my collection.

Clearly I should just give them three titans and some knights with a small force of marines. 😅

My buddy and I played another game of #adeptustitanicus. We still haven't managed to paint our warhound titans, but we played with some of his brothers old #epic40k terrain. Definitely made the gameplay more tactical! We ended in a round 6 stalemate with both of our void shields down and various damage to our titans. Here my buddy makes a last ditch smash attack. #miniaturewargaming #warhammer30k

Legion Imperialis

I bought two boxes of Basilisks/Medusas, thinking I’d make 8 of each. But looking at the rules I’m not sure what role the Medusa plays with a 12” gun.

Especially since the artillery formation requires three squadrons of 4, it seems like I should make 12 basilisks, if not all 16.

Anyone able to sell me on Medusa?
