If Americans can not get rid of the Electoral College, then implement DEI in setting up electors for each state, so that they accurately reflect the demographics of the state.

Smith de l’USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative révèle que, sur les 116 réalisateurs attachés aux 100 films les plus lucratifs de 2023, seuls 14 sont des #femmes. Ce chiffre de 12,1 % est en hausse par rapport aux 9 % de l’année dernière et aux 4,5 % en 2018.
