Good morning tooters. What a difference a day makes. No gorgeous sunrise this morning. I guess the sun must be up but it’s so foggy you’d never know it. It’s even slightly misty in my own garden 😃 & I can’t even see a glimpse of the eucalyptus tree at the end of my street. It was -2c when I got up & it’s now +2c but feels colder. It’s supposed to get to 13c - we will see.
No plans to go out at all today, a quiet’ish day at home just puttering around. I should feed my sourdough starter & prep for making bread making sometime in the next couple of days.
I do plan an exercise class this morning as well, probably balance would be a nice way to end the week. I’ve managed to get some exercise in most days this week which is great as other aspects of life often get in the way, especially lately.

Week 3 done and I haven’t lost any weight this week but lost half an inch off my waist. Trying very hard to be okay with that as I’m doing everything right regarding my nutrition. Exercise is still a struggle, I’m doing strength and conditioning every day at home and getting in as many outdoor steps as my anxiety will allow.
My mental health is really poor this week and I’ve barely had a good day more like good moments throughout some days. I’ve still been going the gym with @emily_ruby08 she is a star staying with me and working with me physically and mentally to get me through each session. Even with her help I find it deeply stressful and uncomfortable. I don’t know if I will ever like it but I hope it will become bearable.
I’ve dropped a dress size, well at least in Asda and primark I have. But I’m still waiting for my brain to catch up with the dress size thing, I don’t feel any smaller and I’m not happy I really thought I would be. Yikes, I thought it was Friday & have been waiting for Phil to call it & send cheers 🍻 to him for the weekend. Now I’ve gone & poured myself a lovely glass of Rosè & realise it’s only Thursday 😬. Oh well, the wine is very nice anyway.
Anyway, I did my walk around the river this morning, ended up at 7.5km which is pretty credible. Took some photos of the new artwork & another of the beautiful Roos 🦘there were some big boys in that mob. The gum leaves I absolutely love. The indigenous panels are beautiful too & I think the two I’ve included are the best. Sadly I walked into this track a little further than I planned & some dirtbags have dumped their household rubbish a little further down the track. Some humans are a such a blight! It was a lovely walk though albeit very cold & the council have put a signpost at the start now so it won’t be my private domain any longer - I have to share it 😁. #Exercise #RiverWalk #MurrayRiver #GatewayIsland

All framed against a lovely cloud filled sky with a bright streak of blue near the top.A mob of kangaroos 🦘 alert to my presence & standing in a paddock of drying grasses & weeds. Native trees can be seen behind the kangaroos.I don’t know if I’ll do this justice, but I’ll try. 
Indigenous art work on a pylon under an old railway bridge. It shows a yellow sun in the corner with rays streaming out, beside it is a black bird, like a raven plus some Bogong moths in the sky, possibly food for the raven. Then beside that are some red tinged hills. Beneath are representations of grasses, bushes, plants & flowers. Beneath again is the soil with plant root systems, then what looks like water with a patterned serpent swimming through.Between two old railway bridge pylons with indigenous artwork of two possums sitting in the forks of trees on either side of the picture. In the middle is what I believe may be the moon. I’m not sure what the white wavy lines represent but for me I see them fluid, like dew.

Good morning tooting friends. It was 0c again this morning & it’s not much better now at just 2c. We’re going to have an overcast day reaching just 12c, but my goodness there was a glorious sunrise out the back of my place.
I’m going to repeat the 7km walk I did on Tuesday just so I can take photos of the new art installations around the river. Looking forward to being outside for a while. I hoe to spend just a little time in the garden this afternoon trimming back my small Crepe Myrtle & a couple of other things. The small Cinnamon Myrtle I planted last year has new growth on it, it was only about 25c tall when it was planted, it’s doubled its size in just a year.
Went & said goodbye to my niece yesterday as she goes back to Perth this morning. My sisters cardiologist appointment went well, but she has to put on weight & be more mobile before she can have her heart procedure. Rehab to start on Monday thank goodness & 🤞🏼.

Good morning tooters. I woke up from a dream filled sleep where I was carrying a teeny tiny miniature horse, had a beautiful leather backpack & was in Shepparton - yeah, I have no idea either 🤷🏼‍♀️😂. Very foggy & a cold 🥶 0c when I got up, no frost of course, too damp from the rain yesterday. It’s still only about 4c & will be a cloudy overcast day with a top of 12c.
Trying to pick an exercise class for today while also figuring out how the new Les Mills app works. I’ll make a decision once I’m ready to do a class.
I’ll be going down to my sisters after lunch, firstly because she has a cardiologist appointment this morning & secondly to say goodbye to my niece who is heading back to Perth tomorrow. The other niece who lives in Wodonga will then move in, maybe temporarily, maybe permanently. My sisters mobility is still a big issue.
