I spend most of my time thinking about #MicrobialEcology and #BiologicalAnthropology. My research looks at how the gut #microbiome mediates interactions between the environment and #health in humans and #primates.
I'm interested in #microbes #parasites, the #exposome, #cardiovascularhealth, #ecology, #evolution, and #bioinformatics.
