Quello che non capisco è come sia ritenuto possibile e accettabile mettere delle tariffe così alte per i micropagamenti. Il 5-10-20 % di spese di transazione NON è accettabile per un sistema che non è in alcun modo evitabile dal cittadino, di fatto è una tassa sulla tassa che si paga pero' alle banche, e ripeto è INELUDIBILE

Basterebbe pagare con gli #F24 oppure obbligare le banche a rendere i bonifici irrevocabili GRATUITI fino a certi importi (tipo 500 euro, non di meno)

Torno a parlare di questo GRAVISSIMO problema del sistema di pagamenti #PagoPA che è, IMHO, una truffa legalizzata in quanto carica ai cittadini l'*obbligo* di pagare commissioni bancarie occulte senza possibilità di scelta o alternativa (che magari i cittadini potrebbero non pagare come, per esempio, ma non solo, gli #F24 o i #bonifici)
