I swam in #LakeChamplain today, which I have done every day this summer.#Swimming moves #lymph, feels incredibly #grounding. I reaffirm my #FierceAttractionToLife: I worship the dynamism of my body, the earth, the water, the sky. Yesterday, I swam with bouncing raindrops on gently rolling water, under the cloudy white sky, temp 61F/16C. Today, I swam, not in the same body nor under the same sky. I saw a cormorant and a female merganser duck. The water was so clear. The sun came out for a moment.
