More:
- "to work" (as in "someone works"; there is "työskennellä" but it's a bit formal; "tehdä työtä" (to do work) or "olla töissä" (to be at work) sound better to me)
- "to snow" ("sataa lunta" (lit. to rain snow) is used instead)
- "to have" (e.g. "I have an elephant" = "minulla on norsu" (lit. "on/at me is elephant"))
Edit:
- "there is an elephant on me" = "päälläni on norsu" (lit. "on my head is elephant")
- "there is an elephant on my head" = "pääni päällä on norsu" (lit. "on my head's head is elephant")
