Rowing again. Third session of the week. 3 x 10 minute intervals with 2 minute rest. Did all of them at ~105W which worked out at 2000m plus a little bit. Really relaxed into it and really happy about it

Rowing on the erg in the hotel this morning. It was a weird mix of bits of Model B and C components. Took a while to get everything working but 8000m at ~98W isn't too be sniffed at.

With a long past of various fysicsl deficits and downfalls since young years, and continued at adult era, there was always a spirit to get back.
To nevertheless find a forgotten body after Covid times, when bad habits of wrong nutrition and perhaps too common use of alcohol had created the typical body of a 50+ guy who thinks it's due to age.
