I'm halfway through the #Flatliners duology and the lighting and set design in the 1990 film are GORGEOUS. The cast is also a total star-powered cavalcade though I do think the writing is a bit weak at times regarding characterization and motivations. Overall though the plot, complications, and general resolutions for characters were interesting. It's cool for a film from 1990 where the release for the issues the characters face is emotional reconciliation and essentially direct justice.
