Cornflower vibrant color comes from a unique complex of anthocyanins, flavones, and metal ions (Fe³⁺, Mg²⁺), stabilized by pH. This metal-anthocyanin interaction shifts the color to blue. : lnk.tu-bs.de/9Zz2uG
