Overall my UX since opening this #Sharkey #BlahajZone account has been quite lovely, but there are various papercuts & frictions all the same. In earlier posts i've mentioned various #Antenna hassles [wrt efficiently managing all my #FollowedHashtags]. The way that Sharkey's own text formatting [#MFM] does not follow standard #Markdown practices in some cases, thus looking not as i intended when viewed in non-Sharky instances, is another issue.
The most recent PITA, albeit it's been present all along, only in recent days seems rather worse, is repeat failures of my two #List timelines to load at all [see attached pic of the common result], & in between these frequent failures, i experience much latency trying to get posts to accept my Likes, or to invoke the [excellent] Search function, or various other commonplace UI interactions. This morning in particular it is, frankly, terrible.
Towards the end, i now recall that my old #Firefish instances also suffered this repeat failure of timelines to load, & other-while large latency, so having it now be my multiple-times-each-day experience here is pretty alarming. However even if not fatal, it poses a significant usability liability... after all, each time i retry my #Friendica instance i eventually keep returning to Masto coz Friendica's latency drives me batty.
Despite once again clearing the cache & doing multiple page reloads, as i am about to post this whinge, one of my timelines has still errored-out rather than loaded. This is galling, & i feel myself on the verge of returning to my Masto-Statuzer instance once again. Tis a pity.

There's now starting to be a flood of posts from diverse accounts on the accursed @bsky.brid.gy domain, & i Do Not Like It. Another interwebz search still proved useless. Tbh i feel surprised & disappointed that this otherwise impressive software appears to have provided users with no simple tool to achieve whole-domain blocking [unless it's right under my nose & i'm too dim to see it; always possible!].
I contemplated this; block an individual account on that domain, eg, "i-have-no-personal-morality@bsky.brid.gy", then Export my blocklist, edit it in a text file to be *@bsky.brid.gy, then Import it. Seems ridiculous to need to go to such a workaround, & anyway atm i have no idea if wildcards are even recognised in Sharkey's blocklists.
However, i have realised this morn that iirc, most or maybe all of these damn unwanted accounts are appearing in one specific timeline of mine; my #Antenna [which i use for all my #FollowedHashtags]. So now i have edited said Antenna & inserted @bsky.brid.gy to its Exclude field. Will this work?

Wasted ahem invested a few more hours today trying to get my #FollowedHashtags #Antennae working ok in my new #Firefish account @MsDropbear42@firefish.lgbt, & somehow eventually i seem to have stumbled onto the solution [albeit, IMO, i've not ostensibly altered my method from the very first way i tried it at the beginning (which did not work), causing me to try all manner of alternative ideas (also didn't work), so then i retraced my steps to the beginning method again] ... beats me how come now finally they seem to be good 🤷♀️
On the basis of that outcome, i decided to proceed with formally #Migrating my initial #Firefish account @MsDropbear42@firefish.social to @MsDropbear42@firefish.lgbt. Pretty damn irritating. Been trying for ~ 2hours to do it, by first doing per Pic1 in firefish.lgbt, then after ~15' arbitrary waiting [in hope the setting would percolate thru the fediverse], per Pic2 in firefish.social. That repeatedly failed with the spurious error msg that i'd not set up the alias yet, which patently i had. I tried several more times, at which point clearly the firefish.social server got cranky with me & told me to piss off for now, per Pic3.

Hello. This is not yet an actual Intro, but a preliminary "How Do I or maybe rather "Please would you ?" toot. I've only just created a new account here tonight, some hours ago, & have been trying to manually transfer / copy my various data from my earlier #Firefish account [@MsDropbear42@firefish.social], but that Instance is apparently having a spot of bother over recent hours & still now, being unreachable for most of this time, so as of yet i've been unable to complete this initial task.
Here in firefish.lgbt in the meantime, i've manually recreated my #FollowedHashtags Antenna & added it to my Deck. As feared would be likely though, given this Instance has very few users atm thus afaik has limited federating-effect, this Antenna remains empty [some hours now].
Thus, i'm now officially throwing myself at the feet of Mods / Admin @admin@firefish.lgbt & begging for my tags to be added to the "fedibuzz tag relays" per https://firefish.lgbt/notes/9hvfu8kczhc2yg75 , please please pretty please 🥴
Atm my Profile here is incomplete, but all the #hashtags to which i allude are listed there now.

Each time i look in again on my still-newish #Firefish account, hoping to see some of the disappointing bugs resolved, i'm very quickly saddened again by apparently irrelevant toots appearing in my #followedhashtags #antenna. The picture shows a typical example. I do NOT follow those tags, so why is this toot here in my Antenna?
Then, i wondered if maybe, all this time, i might be fundamentally misunderstanding how to properly use Antennae for following tags. The closest tag i do follow, & whose toots i absolutely do want in this t/l, is #Linux ... by which my intention was that full word, but only that full word, not also that word as part of a longer tag. This pictured toot, https://firefish.social/notes/9hy57g0wn9nfkh0x, does otoh include tag #Linuxulator. Is Firefish's Antenna algorithm looking for all occurrences of my #Linux tag, even if only a fragment of a longer tag? If so, how can i stop it doing that, & make it only search for my literal tags as-is?
Btw, apologies to Vince -- i'm not trying to be mean to your fine toot; tis just a good example of how my Antenna is either incorrectly functioning, or instead my erroneous usage of it. Your toot is lovely, i'm sure! 🤗

Is there a way to view all the #hashtags you are following in #mastodon?
I've looked in all the places I could think of, but couldn't find a simple overview of #followedHashtags.
I also think #mastoDev should add a clear indicator that a post was added to your timeline because you follow a specific hashtag; this doesn't currently seem to be the case?
Any idea how to see #followedhashtags on the #mastodon android apps? (Tusky or Fedilab)
