We're excited to share the #founderstory of Nicole Gemlitski, the founder of AlitePro, a start-up that I had the pleasure of coaching at @RMIT Activator LaunchHUB.

AlitePro is on a mission to solve a critical problem in healthcare: alarm fatigue. This is when medical staff become desensitized to the constant beeping of devices, which can compromise patient safety. Did you know that up to 99% of these alarms are false or non-actionable? That’s alarming! 😊

AlitePro’s innovative solution is to replace the noisy alarms with visual and haptic signals, using a wearable device for nurses. This way, they can prioritize the most urgent alerts and reduce stress and distraction.

During the 12-week program, Nicole transformed her idea into a solid business plan, with a clear and actionable roadmap for validation, experimentation and risk mitigation. She is a passionate and resilient founder, and we're proud to be part of her journey with AlitePro.
