Letztes Wochenende war der AK1 Kurs für Apnoetauchen. Hier werden Tauch- sowie Sicherheits- und Rettungstechniken trainiert und anschließend abgenommen.
Hier hat man auch Gelegenheit für Brevets Abnahmen zu machen.
In meinem Fall war es für 4-Stern Apnoe Strecke.
Intervall 4 x 2:30 Luft anhalten an der Wasseroberfläche mit maximal 40 Sekunden Pause dazwischen.
Zeittauchen 3:30
Streckenteichen 75m
Alles geschafft.
