The wee folk tried to learn a couple of new moves this week, but sometimes, just sometimes, I really wish I had given them knees, elbows and waists. Bendy limbs and unbendy bodies are a little restrictive 😆

I mentioned Dunnet Head in a conversation earlier so that's where the dancers decided to visit this week. The rather nice view of the lighthouse, sea and Orkney is in the other direction, but I enjoy the Minecraft starter-home feel of this scene.

Bit of a rush this week as have had too much work to do, but as it's the 99th week of the Friday dancers, & as I've had a Justified & Ancient earworm since this morning, I grabbed a few seconds of the vid for this weeks 'dance', while the dancers all got a 99 from the ice-cream van just off screen.

Animating on the shoulders of giants this week, as we're dancing on top of a clip from a fantastic animation from 100 years ago. Have been meaning to have a play with it since it popped up on the @internetarchive feed.
Cannot express in words how much fun this was to play with, hoping to have expressed it through the medium of dance instead.
