Another Sea-to-Summit item, a foldable cup. They have a whole series of foldables, even pots that you can use for cooking. Now in general, I’m a big fan of StS but this is my second cup already. The first one developed a crack along one of the folds. Now with this one the black ring just came off. I glued it back on using some silicone Gear Aid seam sealer, but I’m not gonna buy a third one. Two out of five trekking poles.
This Sea-to-Summit packsack to their Ultralight sleeping pad sports some remarkable design fail. On one end, you have access to the rolled up, orange pad, on the other end, it contains a grey pumpsack for super easy inflation. But now, take a guess which end contains what! Exactly, at the grey end you’ll find the pad and at the orange end you’ll find the pumpsack. Now if there just was a way to make it more intuitive!
