Erster Eindruck nach stundenlanger, zielloser Flaniererei durch #tbilissi - eine beeindruckende, schwer zu fassende Stadt. Während die üblichen, glitzernden Glaspaläste und Wolkenkratzer hochgezogen werden, verfällt in direkter Nachbarschaft die wunderschöne Altstadt. Touristen mäßig vorhanden, meist Türken oder Chinesen. Ruhige, feiertägliche Wochenendstimmung. Dennoch sind die Spuren des #georgianprotests an vielen Stellen sichtbar. Da geht noch was!

The Moscow Mechanism is a powerful institutional tool: protests vs guns are not the only ways of handling political conflict.
