After many months of thinking about it, we finally made some fresh paneer. We used a cast iron pan to press it so it got very firm. Thinking about making Khadai Paneer tomorrow!

Special this Sunday morning. from "Parsi" by Farokh Talati and South Indian with Oat Milk. The oats were fantastic and pretty easy to makee. Vegetarian but can be vegan without Ghee.

We are so excited to go through more in this book!
