Streetartwall. In an abandoned factory in France, a super cute mural of a Christmas Gremlin has been spray painted/painted in 3D. A square, half-height room (probably an office) is built into a corner of the factory building. The artist has "conjured up" a blue, open wooden treasure chest from which a fluffy creature with long ears and big eyes peers out. It has white and brown fur, a Santa hat on its head and a sad puppy dog look. With one paw on the edge, it probably wants to be let out.
Info: Gremlins is a 1984 American horror comedy about a young man who keeps a pet mogwai, a small furry imp that, when mistreated, spawns creatures that turn into aggressive monsters and wreak havoc in the city.

Probably one of my all time favorites with #Gizmo in the frame.

Yeah, it's only his tail. He just couldn't let me make a photo of my Commodore stuff without being in it.

One of my goofiest ideas is wheel-less rail. The trains don't have wheels.

Instead, they slide on U channel rails filled with steel balls. Each train car is guided by slightly concave bottom edges.

This allows the floor of the train to be very low, so you don't need raised platforms, and it eliminates bearings to reduce maintenance.

For propulsion, linear magnetic motors push the balls rearward (at half the speed of the train itself).

Transverse Overhead Electric Buses/Cars

"Transverse Overhead" is an alternative to overhead lines for charging buses and cars. Buses can be charged on the move, while cars are charged while stopped at an intersection.

The lines run across the street rather than parallel, so they have little visual impact. They can be strung across existing poles and/or buildings.
