Google Maps is blocking uploading of content like photos to locations it deems spammy to stop off topic or spam. I have found occasionally a photo from wrong location on Google Maps so I flagged it but now Google wants to ban all photos being uploaded in case there is a mistake. Odd. #googlemaps #censorship #photos #spam

Google Maps is really bad with any location that is a 1D line rather than a 0D point. If I search for a road, a path or a river I want to see the whole thing, not a point somewhere near its centre. Any alternatives that handle this better? #maps #googlemaps
