Gemeinsam mit vier Pilotkommunen – der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart sowie den Städten Ulm, Kirchheim unter Teck und Ludwigsburg – haben wir ein Pilotprojekt mit der Low Code Plattform OUTSYSTEMS gestartet. Es steht unter dem Motto „gemeinsam gestalten, nachhaltig nutzen“.
Zu Beginn stand eine zentrale Frage im Raum: Welche Voraussetzungen müssen die Kommunen schaffen, um OUTSYSTEMS sinnvoll und nachhaltig einzusetzen? Und welche unterstützenden Leistungen – etwa durch die Komm.ONE – sind notwendig, damit das volle Potenzial dieser Plattform zur Geltung kommt?
Parallel dazu haben die Pilotkommunen die Möglichkeit, eigene Anwendungen auf Basis einer Blaupause umzusetzen.
Doch es geht um mehr als Technik: Wir untersuchen, wie Kommunen sich organisatorisch und in Bezug auf Know how aufstellen müssen und was sie brauchen, um handlungsfähig zu sein. Gemeinsam sollen Handlungsempfehlungen und Grundsätze entwickelt werden – zu Governance, Infrastruktur, Machbarkeit, Kompetenzprofilen, Zusammenarbeit und Wiederverwendbarkeit, um einen einfachen Austausch von Anwendungen zu erreichen.
Wir freuen uns auf die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnerkommunen und darauf, gemeinsam wertvolle Erkenntnisse für die digitale Zukunft der Verwaltung zu gewinnen.
