Codenamed Exercise GREYHOUND 2026, it tested readiness in managing a major rail incident at an interchange station during planned service adjustments. The scenario involved a simulated stalled train between Kovan and Serangoon, requiring the activation of incident management plans, free bridging bus services and commuter assistance. New wayfinding measures, digital signage and Transport Ambassadors were also trialled.
