In front of me is a grassy area with a few gravestones. They are very old and dark. A little further away you can see a red brick building. The small cemetery is surrounded by tall trees. The leaves of a chestnut tree protrude into the picture from above. Behind them, the sun shines through the red leaves of another tree. A peaceful place.

A pretty church with a lawn in front of it. There are various gravestones on it. Green leaves/trees can be seen everywhere. This reformed church was built in the 13th century and served as a burial place for members of the von Wedel family. At the end of the 13th century, the church was built with bricks in a monastery format as a hall church. In the 15th century, the cross-vaulted choir was added, extending the nave by 5.5 metres to the east across its entire width. A tower can be seen on the left, followed by the nave with white-framed arched windows.

Un petit oiseau est posé sur une pierre tombale vieille de plus d'un siècle. Il regarde vers la droite. Au fond, l'océan dont la couleur foncée tranche avec celle du ciel.

Le même oiseau qui a pris son envol. Il est pile au-dessus d'une croix en bois sous laquelle repose une femme née en 1900 et décédée 87 années plus tard.
