In my experience the (Greater Boston) commuter train often has entire cars that are empty. We can easily accommodate more bikes, strollers… and would be wise to.

And today they aren’t bothering to get people between Cambridge and central Boston. Route 1 is the only way from Mass Ave at MIT. At least two buses have simply driven by without stopping to pick people up.
