What a strange story. CT passed legislature that unexpectedly removed a provision that barred our green bank from funding waste-to-fuel (read: incineration) projects. Nobody knows who made the change.
It doesn't mean the Green Bank WILL fund those projects. It's just baffling how important legislation can get through to the surprise of everyone, including the speaker.
