I'm probably realizing this later than most, but my level of stress is down significantly since permanently setting my Teams' status to "Do Not Disturb"

Effectively, I am now treating Teams the same way I do Outlook (I turned off toast messages years ago, too)

I just see that :

The #IETF has approved Messaging Layer Security (MLS) for publication. #MLS is an end-to-end #encryption method designed for #groupMessaging. We have been working on integrating a variant of MLS into #Matrix. Keep an eye out for demos in the near future.
