The genius driving the government (does it matter which?) is the embellishment of all they hold dear (money/assets/power) which is missing one essential ingredient.
The material that holds their mosaic in place, finishes the task and tidies everything whilst holding it all together.
The #grout
Not that waterproof mortar-like material, but the honest-to-goodness substance of the common person whose strength is to hold it all together - despite them!

Much like tiling grout
I'm a dense mixture set hard
Just not waterproof
