Today experimented with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 10 Beta and tried to build Apache Guacamole 1.6 on it.
Building and running guacd as well as the web-application did work fine. Also deploying it on a local Tomcat instance was not a problem.
Actually using the application was a different story.
Since VNC is no longer a thing in EL10 and the RDP server is completely broken in the current beta (trying to enable it in gsettings just quits out in an error: "Failed to import newly generated certificates: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name is not activatable") it wasn't possible to get connected to an an actial desktop with Guacamole.
Let's see if this will improve in the coming month until EL10 is actually being released.
