It landed outside the fortification. As the next several PCs moved they each had to make DX rolls to maintain footing. The arrow had been used to cast ice slick on the ground in the room. Most of the PCs made their rolls, but not all. This greatly frustrated the wizard as he was planning to dispell the effect.
The knight did manage to make it to the Alfar that shot the arrow, but failed to wound her.
The PCs know they are surrounded. We'll see what happens on 3 May
The PCs now also realize they are in a moderately sized room with a dozen exits. Ten of those have doors. There is also the specific request from one of the slain guards to "get that useless archer in here."
Since we were n longer in direct combat, I asked players their intentions. The PCs spent the next 15 seconds healing, restocking energy for casters and using shape earth to build a fortification in the room using shape earth.
Conflict reopened with a single arrow
The bard communicated this to the rest of the party. At that point I removed the illusionary walls. This was solely because that made my life easier rather than because RAW suggested ti was appropriate.
The party proceeded to mop up the storalfs and elder storalfs that had been set as guards. One did flee through a door.
This catches us up to the session from 19 April 2025.
Drums began sounding. The warren has been alerted.

For this session we had both the Half Elfard bard/ranger and the halfling cleric/thief along with the players listed previously.
As the two new players caught up, the both recognized the otherworldliness of the warren. The Bard/Ranger also realized the walls of the narrow passage were illusionary.

Last night I was on the Eclectic Goat's stream. I talked a bit (maybe too much) about #GURPS. There were some things I didn't get to say that I think are important
1. The best player in my FLGS game was the one that had the hardest time reading. - what made him the best player was he was never looking at his sheet to figure out what his character would do. He was thinking, "how would my toon address/overcome the problem we have now?"

Finished our GURPS campaign on Monday, with a catastrophic ending due to a bit of confusion. With hindsight, my character should have emptied a magazine of his enchanted assault rifle on the mysterious NPC when he had the chance, no question asked. The only reason I did not was because as a player I found it an anticlimatic ending and wanted some exposition, but this opened the door to another character summoning a horde of creatures we lost control of and in the ene the world is toast. "Han shot first" will be added to my list of reminders when playing.
