Si sta muovendo nella direzione giusta. Però, non si devono avere specifici gruppi di persone come target, perché in questo modo si creano trappole di povertà. Se lo ottieni solo se sei povero, non hai incentivo a migliorare la tua condizione, perché perderesti il sussidio. Inoltre, cercare di capire i requisiti per erogare il reddito è troppo complesso. È molto meglio dare a tutti un reddito universale e poi riprenderlo dai ricchi con le tasse, per evitare che ne godano anche i vari Berlusconi.
