Despite charging us for 2 meals & giving us only 1 - with a very long hair in it! - in correspondence received yesterday, they hope we’ll go back & give them another try!

So, as a treat, today after the doc removed my mole, we went to #GuzmanyGomez #Sunbury to try their Mexican “clean food”.

I was instantly surprised at the high cost. Then I was surprised that they checked our order FIVE times and we only received one meal.

Not the two we ordered and paid for! And to add insult, we found a very long hair in the one meal we did get!

Is this chain this delusional? Like, do they not realise how many options there are for Mexican in the US instead of a mediocre chain created by a couple of Yanks and shoved onto Australia?

Holiday treat. Popped in to Guzman Y Gomez Mexican kitchen at Campbellfield Plaza on a shopping trip (by bicycle).

I ordered a mini enchilada to have there with a coffee.
Food provided in a takeaway bargasse packaging with plastic knife and fork and the coffee in a Biopak cup. I was hoping to get served on a real plate and in a real ceramic or glass cup. 🧵1/4
