On the one hand the #Lehi # memorial society praises them, on the other hand, it makes them look exactly like #ISIS and #Hamas / #Qassam … those two don't resemble each other much at all, but they both resemble the Lehi

Really they're more like ISIS than #Hamaas and Qassam and the #Irgun are maybe closer to Qassam, but the location makes Hamaas the obvious comparison AND their newspaper is called HaMaas! … it's just kinda surreal. They're international like ISIS, and they share that bizarre combination of ethnic diversity and genocidal nationalism.

It is bizarre how similar they are to Hamas. If you look at the martyr profiles somebody is copying somebody, weirdly I think Qassam are copying via the #IDF but I don't know who has coping who out of Lehi and IDF?

I keep wondering if the bombing in Lehi Rd was some sort of tribute / critique / extremely twisted humour. Would have worked better in Moshe Barazani Street, but maybe that's in a part of town where an Arab from Nablus would look too out of place?

Maybe Lehi fans (for want of a better word) don't know they look exactly like Qassam because they only see the version of Qassam filtered through Israeli media?
