Behavior change is much more about strategy than self-dicipline. You need to make the desired behavior as easy as possible by removing friction. For example I always have a dumbell and drawing equipment laying around near me so I will do small spontaneous bursts of muscle workout throughout the day and use small moments of idleness to draw.

The opposite works as well. For example you will likely reduce your social media usage dramatically just by logging out after each session. This will also make the automatic behavior of opening addictive apps 100 times a day out of habit visible.
