Fellow #Hachydermians: I’m searching for an Apple-centric (macOS / iOS / iPadOS) Mastodon client. I’ve discovered that I have been spoiled by the syncing of reading position via iCloud that Twitterrific provided. Metatext does remember where I left off reading, but only on one device. Are there any clients that sync across multiple device?

The general consensus seems to be that #adventofcode Day 6 is pretty easy. I, on the other hand, found it quite difficult because I don’t know what I’m doing and wasn’t sure what to search for to help solve it. But, if at first you don’t succeed, bash your face against your keyboard for almost 3 hours until you randomly smash out a useful search, then learn the method and implement it. And that, my fellow #Hachydermians , is how I successfully completed Day 6.

First I asked: "I use an online service called hachyderm with over 30,000 people. I think we need an identity as a group. Can you write lyrics to our digital anthem?"

Woot, #hachyderm is on its new infrastructure at Hetzner (plus DigitalOcean object storage)! Night and day compared to the home lab. The federated feed is just... caught up all the time!
