I've always enjoyed cider, but recently switched to cider for an evening and found the experience very refreshing after years of focusing on beer.

Nothing fancy or crafty. Just some Crowmoor Extra Dry Apple Cider from Finland (a Sinebrychoff brand, part of the Carlsberg Group), but refreshing nonetheless.

My Mom found this "Pearsecco" hard cider from Vermont at her local grocery store - she says it's dry and very good!

You may be aware of the controversy around the name: Pearsecco used to be the name of the pear variety, but it was changed to "Peara" so that Pearsecco could be made into a protected geographical indication... :-)

Et voilà, bien à la bourre pour Noël 😅 j'ai réussi à trouver le temps d'embouteiller mon cidre aux épices de spéculoos et cannelle. J'ai ajouté de l'extrait de vanille à l'embouteillage.
Comme attendu vu que j'ai utilisé une levure de bière type saison, le résultat est sec et assez fort (autour de 6° d'alcool).
Ça sent beaucoup trop bon j'ai hâte de goûter 😋
