Last night I thought the Iseki tractor headlights are a bit dim, should really pop some LED bulbs in there.

Not so easy. Turns out it has the most exotic sockets. APF (American Pre-Focus) triple-hole holders, also known as RP35 and various other misleading names that yield the wrong results.

There are 2 classic motorcycle shops in the EU that do sell these, but most are 6V (I need 12V) and all of them are priced for motorcycle polishers, not farmers.

I guess I'll see if I can just get replacement headlights with reflectors instead. Or fit a ROPS and some big work lights.

Taking photos with shaky hands is always a challenge. Breathing to calm down, or using higher shutter speed are options to take good photos.
With this shot however, I'm happy with how things are :-)

TIL: replacing #headlight bulb on #Opel / #Vauxhall #Corsa C is a cursed job, requires lowering whole entire bumper to get the headlight unit out and then the ambient temperature sensor needs to be put back into the bumper..

Della Mae is an American bluegrass band based in Nashville, Tennessee. The group was formed in 2011 by a group of musicians who met while playing at the 2011 International Bluegrass Music Association's World of Bluegrass. The band's lineup has changed over time, but it currently consists of lead singer and guitarist Lauren Harris, fiddle player and singer Kimberly Jones, bassist and vocalist Rebecca Ripley, mandolinist and singer Jeanne Kraus, and banjo player and singer Hannah Read. Della Mae is known for their innovative approach to bluegrass music and their ability to blend traditional bluegrass styles with contemporary influences. They have released two studio albums and have been recognized with several awards, including three IBMA Awards.

Well I'll be buggered. Turns out you can clean your car headlamp exterior with bog-standard toothpaste. Save yourself a few bob on fancy cleaning fluids and nick a blob of tooth goo.

@Basmitharts: I'm a bit late for #WeirdCarMastodon QOTD show from Friday, but here are few pics of my #Citroën #2CV after I bought road-legal #LED #headlight inserts for it at the 24th World Meeting of 2CV Friends 2023 in Switzerland. The difference in night sight quality compared to the previous (already aftermarket) H4 inserts is huge, but adjusting the headlight cases' inclination (with a 19mm box-end wrench / ring spanner 🤪) was tedious.

Went back home yesterday #night . The streets were still full of christmas lights, but the end of the holidays is tangible. Pretty #frosty weater, with about 5 degrees in Siena, but traveling in the night is still very romantic.
