Despite its prevalence, stigma and silence around bowel-related issues often delay diagnosis and treatment. This day promotes awareness, encourages open conversations, and supports those living with IBD.

IBD affects people of all ages and backgrounds.
Rising cases in Asia highlight the need for global attention.

On 19th April, we raise awareness about IBS, a common but often misunderstood digestive disorder affecting millions worldwide. IBS causes abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, and other uncomfortable symptoms that impact daily life.
