Made it thru #helpLine first tier, but my Q req'd someone w specific expertise, and so I was back into a queue with "wait times less than 30min." Ugh.

But yay - it was only a minute then I was on to someone again.
…and they had to go look stuff up.

Top tip for phone support people - if you heard my question, say something. I asked a question then it's just silence… "Hello - are you there?"

"Yes, I'm here, I just have to look that up."

Anyway, problem solved. 25min not too bad, all told.

Dazu kooperiert das Projekt der RAA Sachsen e.V. mit dem ASA-FF e.V., der Initiative Offene Gesellschaft sowie weiteren politischen und zivilgesellschaftlichen Akteur*innen auf Stadt-, Landes- und Bundesebene.

Das Projekt basiert auf den Aktivitäten und Arbeiten zahlreicher zivilgesellschaftlicher Akteur*innen der NSU-Aufarbeitung. Es versteht sich als Beitrag zu einem „lebendigen Erinnern" an die Opfer des NSU.

Im Rahmen der Kulturhauptstadt soll “Offener Prozess – ein Dokumentationszentrum zum NSU-Komplex” am 18. Mai auf dem Johannisplatz in Chemnitz eröffnet werden.
