Every Wednesday, PJ and I walk past the Home Depot on Sunset here in Hollywood, greeting the folks standing outside, looking for work or selling food. To the point where we recognize many of them, and they recognize us.
ICE raided our Home Depot this morning.
A bunch of bullies, a waste of money, and a waste of time, to fill arbitrary quotas to appease white nationalists like Stephen Miller. I feel less safe with ICE running around, not more safe.

Home Depot is owned by a far right funder of Trump, politically active anti democracy Republican Billionaire.
And his stotes are staffed by underpaid workers with low levels of documentation.
Because they want to pay workers nothing, and fir them to have no legal recourse for remedy.
Or to have prison workers run his stores.

It's pretty crazy that the point of resistance to ICE started at Home Depot.
When people at Home fucking Depot are so scared of ICE road blacks made out of shopping carts line the streets.... it might be a good time for the cops and fascists to reconsider their rash actions.
Throughout Saturday ICE fired off tons of teargas and pepper balls. So much ammunition was used that ICE flew in a Black Hawk helicopter and landed it in a parking lot to resupply their small army.
These accounts from the LA ICE raids are crazy.
ICE agents blocked traffic while doing a large raid at a local business. The people in cars were immediately fired upon by the cops.
ICE agents fired teargas at people then singled out people filming for arrest and deportation.

There are about 2100 Home Depot stores in the US. Many are clustered in densely populated areas.
It shouldn’t be too hard to keep a volunteer observer outside a good chunk of them.
