El avance de la inteligencia artificial reconfiguró la arquitectura de la web a nivel mundial. En América Latina, más del 65% de los usuarios emplearon herramientas basadas en IA, mientras que en México la cifra superó el 70%, según datos de diversas consultoras tecnológicas.
De acuerdo con Endeavor, el uso empresarial de inteligencia artificial en México creció 965% en los últimos años. Sin embargo, el 42.8% del tráfico nacional en internet provino de bots automatizados, lo que reflejó una presencia masiva de agentes digitales en el entorno virtual.
Según SiliconAngle, los bots más grandes rastrearon el 85% de los sitios web del mundo a diario, marcando el inicio de la llamada web agentiva, una fase en la que la IA no solo buscó información, sino que actuó en nombre del usuario.
Hostinger lanza nuevas soluciones
Ante esta transformación tecnológica, la empresa Hostinger presentó tres innovaciones diseñadas para fortalecer la relación entre los sitios web y los sistemas inteligentes. Las herramientas permiten mantener la visibilidad, privacidad y control sobre la información en el ecosistema digital.
La compañía afirmó que los sitios que no resultaran interpretables por los agentes de IA correrían el riesgo de volverse invisibles, afectando su posicionamiento y relevancia en los buscadores. Con este diagnóstico, impulsó su tecnología Web2Agent, integrada directamente en la infraestructura web.
Esta innovación convirtió cualquier página en una versión comprensible para la inteligencia artificial con un solo clic, sin requerir conocimientos técnicos ni modificaciones estructurales.
Web2Agent y la interoperabilidad
El sistema de Hostinger soportó estándares internacionales como MCP, Agent2Agent, NLWeb y ACP, garantizando que los agentes de IA accedieran, comprendieran y actuaran sobre el contenido de forma segura.
Las actualizaciones se sincronizaron automáticamente y se ejecutaron en segundo plano, sin rastrear la actividad del usuario ni recopilar información personal. De este modo, la empresa priorizó la privacidad y la eficiencia de los procesos digitales.
Más de 20,000 propietarios de sitios web en América Latina adoptaron Web2Agent para asegurar su visibilidad ante la expansión de la inteligencia artificial.
AI Audit: control de rastreadores
Los bots de IA se convirtieron en los visitantes más frecuentes del ecosistema digital. Una investigación de Hostinger reveló que rastreadores de Google, Meta y OpenAI accedieron diariamente a entre el 60% y el 85% de los sitios alojados en su red.
Para enfrentar este fenómeno, la empresa lanzó AI Audit, una extensión de su red CDN que ofreció transparencia y control total sobre los rastreadores automatizados. Con esta herramienta, los usuarios pudieron visualizar, rastrear o bloquear bots con un solo clic.
“El objetivo fue devolver el control a los creadores; la IA puede usar contenido público, pero los propietarios deben decidir cómo y cuándo participar,” explicó Gustavo Bustos, Country Manager de Hostinger Latam. –sn–
