No Trump fan, but I will agree that institutional investors have negatively affected the #US #housing market & driven up prices for consumers. (It has been a writing idea of mine, but I've been looking for definitive proof.)

However, I don't think #Trump can ban these corporate entities from investing in this market (it seems Congress would need to take action), but who knows anymore 🤷‍♀️

Also, he seems to need to score political points & create diversion from the news.
