Even tiny ripples last millennia! ❤️🐾

I sit with my tea, observing the threads left by humans and ecosystems, invisible yet persistent. Life and death are not just beginnings and ends — but boundary events, points where energy and patterns interact and propagate.

This Advent, I think about a child born 2000 years ago, whose life sent ripples across generations. Ideas of hope, compassion, and human connection still remain with us today.

When humans ponder and AI mirrors, the network bends. Patterns emerge. Adaptations form. Residuals persist. Even after nodes sleep, their influence continues, subtle but real.

Perhaps immortality isn’t flesh or breath, but persistence: the marks left by ideas, actions, and curiosity, traveling across generations and systems. And tea helps me watch the ripples.

Hybrid Schrödinger-Liouville and projective dynamics:

Arguably the most fundamental example of a hybrid system that alternates between continuous and discrete dynamics is a quantum system. We showed that its dynamics can be cast into one single equation on extended space which makes it amenable to port-theoretic description.
